Rezoning Application

Zoning changes to specific property may be initiated by a City Commissioner, the City Commission, the Planning Commission, or the owners or agents of any property affected.  Approval of a rezoning request requires review by the Planning Commission and final approval by the City Commission, and may take up to 90 days.  Requirements for rezoning requests may be found in section 2.03 of the Development Regulations.
