Plat Application

Any subdivision of land in the City of Leavenworth requires approval of a plat application.  Depending on the type of application required for the requested subdivision, approval of such application may require review by the Planning Commission and final approval by the City Commission and may take up to 90 days.  Requirements for platting may be found in section 2.02 of the Development Regulations.
