Members of the public may request an agenda packet using this form. Agenda packets are e-mailed 3 p.m. the Friday before each meeting. They can be viewed  on the City website under "City Commission Agendas and Minutes."

Leavenworth City Commission regular meetings are at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The first and third Tuesdays are for Study Sessions, provided that there are enough items to discuss.
All meetings are open for the public to attend.

A regular meeting has a previously published action item on which the City Commission may vote after discussion. All regular meetings contain a time set aside for public comment. Members of the public may attend and address the Commission directly. Public comment is limited to 2-3 minutes each and no action will be taken by the Commission on public comment items. To provide public comment, speakers need to sign in advance by contacting the City Clerk's office or by signing in on the sheet prior to each meeting.

City Commission meetings are streamed live on the City's YouTube page, youtube.com/leavenworthkansas. Videotaped copies of the meeting are on the website following the meeting.
