City of Leavenworth offices will close Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. The Riverfront Community Center will also be closed. Wollman Aquatic Center is scheduled to remain open for the holidays.

Trash will be on regular schedule Monday – Wednesday. Trash will be delayed one day Thursday-Saturday.

  • Monday trash will be picked up Monday July 1

  • Tuesday trash will be picked up Tuesday July 2

  • Wednesday trash will be picked up Wednesday July 3

  • Thursday trash will be picked up Friday July 5

  • Friday trash will be picked up Saturday July 6

 

There will be no large item pickup the week of July 1 - 6.

 

Because of the holiday, the Free First Saturday will be moved to Saturday July 13. This is an opportunity for City of Leavenworth residents to utilize the City’s disposal services at no additional charge –
