Business and Technology Park

The joint City of Leavenworth and Leavenworth County project to bring 80 acres of shovel-ready property to the market is completed near the older business park along Eisenhower Road. The City-owned property is already receiving development interest, including leads from the Leavenworth County Development Corporation (LCDC), the Kansas City Area Development Council and the Kansas Department of Commerce. Local and regional site location professionals looking for new growth areas have taken notice and are inquiring about the property. The $9.7 million project is funded by City and County portions of a Countywide Sales tax that are dedicated to economic development efforts. The project will be fully operated by the City and LCDC. It opened in 2018.
