Description of Work: Project is to remove and replace the rusted corrugated metal pipe at the closed alley and to remove and replace the failing arch and headwalls at 9th Street and Osage Streets. The project will also stabilize the ditch, the bank, and secure the slopes next to the north-south alley so the alley may be reopened.
