Trash collection delay after snowstorm

Residents may notice a delay in trash the week of Jan. 13 - 18 following last week’s snowstorm. Our crews are collecting trash as quickly as they can, but the need for safety with additional snow and ice have slowed the process. If your trash has not been collected on your regular trash day, please have it outside prior to 7 a.m. the following day. Our crews cannot pick up trash that has been blocked by ice and snow. Residents can aid City trash collection crews by clearing a path to their trash.

Please also keep in mind that trash will be delayed one day the following week, Jan. 20-25. There is no large item trash pick up taking place this week, Jan. 13-18, or the week of Jan. 20-25.
