Robert "Bob" Dougherty

Robert "Bob" Dougherty was one of five African American men that has served the City of Leavenworth as mayor as of 2020. Each mayor is selected for one year after being elected to office.

When the "Northside Park" in Leavenworth was refurbished, it was named in his honor. Traditionally this park served many African-American children and families.
